Oil Blending Plant

M.E. Engineering was engaged to design, manage and install an oil blending plant to allow for the production, blending and packaging of the clients full range of products.

Urea

Formaldehyde

M.E. Engineering has been involved in the process design of urea formaldehyde manufacturing plants in Australia and overseas, including urea formaldehyde concentrate 85 process production and up to 55% formaldehyde plant.

We have also worked with melamine based adhesives and the installation of glue skids for particle board and MDF manufacturing plants.

Facility Upgrades

Conversion of redundant warehouse area into state of the art finished goods packaging hall to GMP standards. Full demolition of area, removal of all services and then complete upgrade including surfaces, air handling units, fire sprinklers and electrical services including lighting, power and data.
