2. Concept and Feasibility
We bring our end-to-end project delivery experience to the fore when developing initial concepts and feasibility studies. We understand the implications of the initial decision making on budget, timeline and quality and ensure the correct advice is available from the very start. Our engineers are experienced and versatile and with a lengthy back catalogue of completed projects and can very quickly estimate projected costs utilising this data bank. We take pride in taking an idea and turning it into a well scoped and accurately estimated project.

3. Do the design
This is where we take an idea and make it happen. Our team of engineers have a broad variety of backgrounds and experience that can be applied across industries. We have a in-house drafting team that utilises AutoCAD Plant3D to optimise efforts in the design space that allow us to work in partnership across disciplines with architects and civil engineers.

5. Build the solution
We implement projects in all environments and understand the challenges with both green field and brown field sites. With green field sites we understand the information required for the various licences and applications. On brown field sites we understand the importance of co-ordination and engaging with site operations. We have a project management focus, and this leads to successful contract management with regards to schedule, cost and quality. We believe the quality of the build comes from the successful management of the project at all stages.

6. Commission the solution
We ensure that the commissioning is carefully planned with particular importance on Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), so all parties are confident and commissioning time is used effectively. We do not believe in ticking boxes and leaving site, we handover to a business as usual state. We work closely with our clients to ensure all appropriate training and documentation is in place.

7. Manage the project
While we take pride on our on-site project management that is only part of the role. Our team of engineering project managers can handle both sides of the coin. Our PM’s are typically certified Prince 2 Practitioners who have extensive backgrounds in process engineering. They draw on their experience to make calculated decisions based on years of practical experience within a structured project management framework all the way from feasibility to final commissioning and plant handover.
